About Design Showcase
NJIT’s annual gala celebration highlights the design excellence of current and former NJIT College of Architecture and Design (CoAaD) students. In 2011, more than 200 practicing architects from the NJ/NY area attended our annual design showcase in support of the school. These alumni of the College of Architecture and Design (COAD) at NJIT – from large and small firms, as well as from government agencies, builders, developers and real estate managers – joined many of our current students and over one hundred industry suppliers and friends of the school.

This has become the premier event for scores of vendors, developers and companies to meet and market to the area’s top designers and architectural firms. Architectural firms also meet and recruit some of the area’s best student designers. Participants earn CEU credits. Proceeds from the event support student scholarships. (www.njitdesignshowcase.com)
